    This service offers support to people aged 16 and over. They provide emotional support to callers who are in distress, in need for reassurance or when people just need to be listened to. They also support in aiding people to identify coping mechanisms so that they will be able to manage any difficult experiences. You can contact this services on 0808 802 2288. Opening times are Monday to Friday 18:00 – 03:00 and Saturday and Sunday 14:00 – 03:00.
