New telephone system

We are pleased to announce that the new telephone system will go live on Monday the 25th of March.

This new system is cloud-based and it will introduce a range of features that will improve the patient experience:

• Reduce waiting times

• Eliminate the engaged tone

• Stop calls being cut off without warning

• Allow patients to know where they are in the queue

• Provide useful data for the practice to improve our patient services

• Record all outbound and inbound calls for patient security and safety

• Improve access to patients

• Allow clinicians to contact patients more easily

• Call-back feature
