National Grief Awareness Week

This week is National Grief Awareness Week, a time to recognise the many ways grief touches our lives and to offer support to anyone who may be struggling.

This year’s theme, “Growing with grief”, reminds us that grief doesn’t disappear over time. Instead we learn to carry it, adapt, and grow around it. Everyone’s experience is unique, and no one should have to face it alone.
