This workshop will focus on two key themes which came out of the initial workshop.
💬 Communication that works for everyone
What does clear, accessible communication look like for different communities? How can digital and non-digital options work together to ensure everyone can access the support they need?
🏡 Care closer to home, stronger communities
What should care closer to home look like? How can we build on the strengths of local communities to support better health and wellbeing?
Your voices and opinions are valuable in helping to shape what good care and experience should look like.
