Have your say on the future of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services

NHS Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull ICB want to hear your views and experiences to help shape the future of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country

NEPTS is an NHS-funded service providing planned, non-urgent transport to and from healthcare locations. It supports people with journeys such as outpatient appointments, dialysis, oncology treatment, hospital discharges and transfers between hospitals.

They would like to hear from:

  • People who currently use NEPTS
  • People who have used NEPTS in the past
  • People who support or care for someone who uses NEPTS
  • Anyone with experience of the service who has views or ideas about how it could be improved

Your feedback will help to understand what works well, what could work better and what is important to people when using the service.

The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Please share your views by 1 October 2026.
