What we’ll do better:
We are aware that the main issue is the difficulty of getting through in the morning, but we are pleased to announce that very soon we will have a new telephone system that will benefit our patients. We also have a new website that went live on the 9th of January.
One of our patients suggested that some of our staff need training in how to help and treat SEN children and by the end of February all of our clinical and non-clinical staff will complete the Oliver McGowan Training on Learning Disability and Autism.
