Kingswinford Medical Practice are taking part in a new pilot scheme to enable our receptionists to assist patients who don't require the services of the GP, but instead could be helped by community support, thereby allowing more people to make appointments who need them.
The scheme, giving GP receptionists more training to offer patients health advice, is being trialled in surgeries around the borough and if successful will eventually be rolled out to all 41 GP practices around the borough.
